The innovative model has proven successful and the Generational Leadership Summit is becoming more competitive, more rigorous and popular among participants.

The growth of our participant and alumni pool will allow for not only the event personnel’s networks to grow, but also give these passionate and motivated leaders an opportunity to build their own networks and find new opportunities to put the skills they acquire at the Summit to use. A major goal of the Summit partners is to “pass the torch” to alumni and continue to give them more responsibility and control in the planning and execution of the event. With this focus on alumni engagement, we will continue to need additional space to accommodate the group as sizing grows.
